Empowering Your Recovery Journey

Providing trauma-informed, compassionate guidance specialized for your healing. We focus on individual growth, mental wellness, and sustainable sobriety.

A Collective Approach to Healing

We know that addiction and other mental health challenges like anxiety, depression, and hopelessness thrive in isolation. When people withdraw, they become more stuck in negative patterns, feeling increasingly sick and alone. That's why true recovery cannot happen in isolation. Healing must occur in community. Many people at the end of their battle with addiction, finally admit in a breath of exhaustion: "I can't do this alone." This fact is exactly why I created this collective.

Our groups are intentionally designed to be informative, supportive, and life altering. There's a special kind of magic that happens when people come together in a safe space sharing their experiences, receiving honest feedback and insight, and walking away feeling a little stronger, a little more connected to themselves and to humanity, and more intentional in their recovery journey.

Research in attachment theory confirms what we see every day: Deep healing occurs in the context of new, supportive relationships where vulnerability, honesty and acceptance are present. My deepest hope is that you will allow this group to become your support. In the process you'll discover new healthy ways of connecting with your peers. With a little willingness and an open mind, you really can create the life you've always dreamed of. Your healing begins when you let others walk beside you!

Meet Your Coach

Stephanie Garcia, MA, LMFT

Following a decade in private practice, I transitioned to coaching so I can offer more individualized care and direct support to the people I serve. As a licensed marriage and family therapist in Hawaii, Texas, and New Mexico, I bring 16 years of behavioral health expertise to this work.

My background as a trauma-informed therapist and Certified Substance Use Counselor II, combined with my own journey in recovery, gives me a deep understanding of addiction. I view my history with alcoholism as a unique asset, allowing me to see the hidden resilience common to those in recovery. I believe that self-awareness, a spiritual anchor, and a commitment to truth are the pillars of lasting change.

My coaching style is compassionate, inquisitive, and rooted in acceptance. Working outside the constraints of traditional insurance means I can be more direct, personalized, and flexible with my clients.

I use a holistic, strengths-focused lens and draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Relational Life Therapy (RLT). Together, we’ll work to replace old habits with healthy rhythms, build meaningful relationships, and move toward a life grounded in genuine purpose and hope.
